In March I then headed over to the Aran Ridge for a spontaneous day walk, and it turned out to be a great decision as it produced some fantastic photo opportunities.

2014 also saw the Tour de France come to Yorkshire and I was one of the millions that lined the route, here I saw them on Cote de Cray, it was a great experience and a grand day out.

In August we went up to Lincolnshire and we went for a family walk in the Wolds which was very enjoyable indeed, especially as it ended at a pub for lunch.
