Moel Hebog

Some photos from a walk up Moel Hebog on Saturday. We camped at Beddgelert Forest Campsite, well we actually glamped, drinking port and eating cheese the night before the walk.

Weather was overcast with a cloud base of around 500m and visibility wasn't the best so not suitable for far reaching views hence why we ended up doing Moel Hebog in place of the planned Nantlle Ridge. I want to enjoy that ridge walk for what it is a great ridge walk. However that by no means is belittling this route it is still a great route and so it proved on Saturday with a very enjoyable circuit of Moel Hebog, Moel yr Ogof & Moel Lefn.

Merry Xmas - we found this solitary Xmas tree high up on Moel yr Ogof and was rude not to get a group photo.
