A Knight under the stars

As a follow on to the below post, the whole PhilR household did go for an outing, we all camped out on Cnicht. It was a really clear night albeit a bit windy, this meant we had a great sun set over Moel Hebog and the Nantlle ridge. When the light did fade we were treated to a view of the milky way and millions of stars a truly fantastic sight. As i said the wind was quite strong during the night I did try to get some night time shots which have come out and show the stars but due to the strong wind and the long exposure they are not as sharp as I had hoped as the stars look at bit blurry may also have something to do with the focus, more playing with the settings is required.
The next day we continued round past the quarries and back to Croesor and the tea shop for a well earned cuppa. The kids really enjoyed the whole wild camping experience.

Finally got round to uploading the photos.

Not the best photo, but shows the clear sky
